General
The role will report directly to the European Operations Manager and will involve External application support throughout mainland Europe and internal technical support, training and administrative duties within the technical/applications department.
Education
Experienced in setting of Machine tools:- CNC - Lathes, Machining centres etc, Fanuc control. Knowledge and experience of Engineering practice and machine cutting tools. Language skills especially German - preferred but not essential

Internal Technical product support
Quote generation and Demonstration tooling
Customer and staff training
General administrative duties
Updating information on CRM (customer database) regarding applications, technical enquiries and reports etc
Duration of contract
This is a permanent position.
Performance review
Allied Maxcut operates a performance review scheme. The aims of the scheme are to help individuals to perform their role to the best of their ability and to develop their careers to reach their full potential at Allied Maxcut.
Hours of work
Your hours of work will be 40 per week, Monday to Friday.
Annual Leave
Your annual leave entitlement will be 23 days. In addition to annual leave you are also entitled to bank holidays and some discretionary holidays during the Xmas period.

The role will report directly to the Technical Office Manager and will involve offering internal application/technical product support to customers on the entire AMEC product range. The role will also involve giving training on AMEC products and administrative duties within the technical/applications department.
Education
Engineering /Technical qualification, engineering graduate preferred minimum HNC/HND.
Experienced in setting of Machine tools:- CNC - Lathes, Machining centres etc, Fanuc control. Must be computer literate and proficient in MS word, Excel and Outlook.
Language skills especially German - preferred but not essential.
