The EMO 2007 Exhibition has been hailed as a huge success by everyone involved in the show at AMEC, both in the UK and USA. During the five day show held in Hanover from 17th September, well over 1,500 visitors came onto the stand to discuss a range of manufacturing, tooling and production opportunities with our technical sales team.
In addition to the series of high performance product on the stand, including GEN3SYS, our 'Garden of Eden' theme proved an extremely popular focus of attention. Also, our 'Eve' also helped attract visitors and promote AMEC's presence at the exhibition by giving out more than 2,500 apples to visitors during the show.
A significant number of firm sales leads were taken from major EU manufacturers as well as discussions with several new potential distributors, which are currently being evaluated and considered. AMEC's Managing Director, Rod Crawford, explained: "EMO exceeded everyone's expectations this year, which justified the tremendous effort the whole team put in to generate such fantastic results. Also, we're confident that we can carry this momentum over into next year's MACH 08 exhibition at the NEC next April."
