The countdown to the UK’s largest manufacturing technology and tooling exhibition, MACH 2008, continues apace as AMEC finalises plans for the show which takes place at the NEC in Birmingham from 21st – 25th April 2008.
Picking up on the success and interest generated by its continuous live cutting tool demonstrations at the EMO Hanover last September, AMEC will be repeating the attraction on its stand at MACH, showing the high performance GEN3SYS®, GEN2 T-A® Range, AccuPort 432®, and reaming range and AccuThread. products in action with different grades of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
Also, the latest tooling innovation from AMEC, the ‘V-Maxx’ Revolution Drill™ range, will be on show for the first time in Europe at AMEC’s stand No 5086 in Hall 5. ‘Revolution’ is an adjustable indexable carbide drill which has ‘over-centre’ cutting enabling it to produce large diameter holes with no pilot. As the cutting diameter range can be adjusted by up to 5mm, this gives increased flexibility and simpler ordering for users.
In addition, examples form AMEC’s full product range will also be on display including:- Original T-A®, solid carbide drills, reamers and HSS Cobalt drills.
Put MACH 2008 in your diary now and make time to visit us at the show. We look forward to seeing you there.
